A combined machine for fresh pasta designed and produced for restaurants, gastronomies, pasta factories and pasta take away producers who want to process different pasta shapes with little space and small investments.

Pasta machine suitable for the production of long, short and pasta sheets for lasagne, double sheet ravioli, gnocchi, and potato grits.
With the easy replacement of the pasta mould you can produce all formats of long and short extruded pasta (macaroni, fusilli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, fettuccine, etc.).

The module for the production of ravioli is equipped with a system of interchangeable moulds that allows you to produce different formats of double sheet ravioli.
By inserting a special accessory in the ravioli module, you will be able to produce gnocchi and potato grits as well.

A solution designed for small spaces and small investments, with attention to detail, the Magnifica 25 is extremely easy to use, safe and durable, like the entire range of E-MAC pasta machines.

Refrigerator with 1 door for pasta factories

The refrigerated cabinets for gastronomies and pasta factories are made of stainless steel both internally and externally. The ceiling and the external backrest are made of galvanized steel sheet.
The doors have a seal, the 60mm insulation is in CFC-free polyurethane, the internal corners are rounded and the front is equipped with an electronic control panel.
