The Magnifica 25 combined pasta machine allows you to produce fresh pasta in the following shapes:

  • Long, short and sheet pasta for lasagna: by simply replacing the die it is possible to produce spaghetti, tagliatelle, macaroni, fusilli and many other extruded pasta shapes
  • Double sheet ravioli of different sizes in a simple and fast way thanks to the interchangeable molds and the sheet rolls produced with the extruder and the automatic sheet wrapper
  • Gnocchi and goodies: a special accessory that can be inserted on the machine allows you to produce gnocchi and potato goodies
